SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Times
  • Standard: Please allow 2–4 business days to process and package your order.
  • Operational Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods
  • Transit: Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location.
  • Express Shipping: Choosing "Express" speeds up the transit time with the carrier; it does not shorten our internal processing time.

3. Warm Weather Warning (Melting Policy)
Freeze-dried items containing chocolate, caramel, or marshmallows are sensitive to heat.
  • Shipping at Your Own Risk: During warm months, shipping is at the buyer's risk. We are not responsible for items that arrive melted.
  • No Refunds for Melting: We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that melt or soften during transit or after being left in a mailbox/porch.
  • Pro-Tip: Monitor your tracking number to ensure your package is brought inside immediately upon delivery.

4. Tracking & Delivery
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once shipped.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly. Notify us within 24 hours so we can assist.
  • Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping
